So since I had fast 50+ mile Z-Motion team ride planned for Saturday morning early (5a.m. wakeup) I went home on my birthday and had a nice quiet dinner that Amy cooked especially for me with some homemade cupcakes that were outrageous.

We had decided earlier in the week to celebrate my birthday on Saturday and go for a nice quiet dinner in Delray beach with some close friends.
