Today starts the wedding vacation time, family has come in and the activities have started. Amy’s dad Peter is an avid bird watcher so he turned us on to a beautiful place just 5 minutes from our house. It was a cold day but the wildlife was out, this is just a small sample of the many images I took today but this should give you an idea of how active it is out there…Enjoy
Green Cay Wetlands
More than 2 miles of boardwalks in the county’s newest wetlands park, where herons and ibis feed in the shallows. The interpretive center is world-class, and we’re proud to acknowledge the generosity of our chapter members Ted and Trudy Winsburg in working with the county to establish this park out of their pepper farm, preserving green space for wildlife and visitors. On Hagen Ranch Road just north of Atlantic Avenue, south of Boynton Beach Blvd.
